The mission and vision of Chicago Area Pilots Association (CAPA) is to connect
the underrepresented populations to all aspects of the Aviation Industry.

CAPA seeks to create an environment which brings together aviation experts, professionals, amateurs and those interested in exploring aviation and aerospace careers. To impart knowledge, awareness and involvement. 

CAPA seeks to achieve this through outreach activities such as: formal and informal gatherings, seminars, educational series, meetings, presentations, networking opportunities to individuals, schools and other community organizations.
